Terms and conditions for using Navoo and its embedded AI assistant.

Navoo is an embedded, context-aware AI assistant that provides navigation guidance and in-page explanations to End-users. The Service analyses the current page content (e.g. headings, links, buttons, form labels) and End-user queries to offer step-by-step guidance. Navoo performs navigation-only actions (e.g. scrolling, directing to pages); it does not submit forms, make purchases, or perform destructive actions.
The Service is provided "as is" and is intended to be assistive only—it does not replace human judgment or verification of critical actions.
Navoo uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Customers and End-users should verify any guidance before taking actions that could affect their accounts, finances, or data. We do not warrant the correctness, completeness, or suitability of AI responses. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To use the Service, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent; (b) have the authority to bind the entity you represent, if applicable; (c) provide accurate and complete registration information; and (d) not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
Free plan: New accounts receive 7 days of full access. After the trial, certain features may be restricted unless you upgrade.
Pro plan: Paid subscription with recurring billing (monthly or annual). Pricing is displayed at sign-up and on the billing page. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Refunds: We may offer refunds at our discretion. Generally, no refunds are provided for partial months or after substantial use.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unacceptable use.
We retain all rights in the Service, including the Navoo brand, embed script, and related technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Embed on your Site in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights in your own content and data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
When we process personal data on your behalf (e.g. in relation to End-users of your Site), we act as a Data Processor under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. We process such data only on your documented instructions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy is available at navooai.com/privacy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SHIFTBASE LABS LTD and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any content or data you provide to the Service.
Either party may terminate for convenience with notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms or acceptable use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive termination.
